From October 2007 til March 2009 XJO dropped from 6852 down to 3121. Work that out in percentages boys. And the stimulus hasn't worked and our gov has now gone from then a surplus to now a deficit.
The anti-depressants haven't worked. It's time for the world to go through the hard times unfortunately
