5 weeks is a long time to wait in anyone's language especially in a listed context.

GTM has been in a trading halt /suspension since 2nd May.

As I suggested last week, "if a deal is being done, it will effectively transfer control and be highly dilutive to any existing shareholders".

How else can it be explained that timelines keep slipping, no deals have been announced, and suggestions of an announcement being imminent have so far failed to materialise (ie: almost another week having passed by).

I do not have an interest in GTM, but I do have an interest in the behaviour and mechanics of listed company behaviour.

GTM is certainly not keeping its shareholders informed of developments and this suggests issues unresolved, matters still in discussion, and insurmontable hurdles still to be scaled.
