    Well, ex management get to vote and Noble will get to vote on most of the issues. Guys like Marshmallow Fun Company, Enertec etc will most likely vote for the proposals as well, so I think that what Sachz and myself do with our voting rights will possibly make very little difference.
    I have around 2.5% of the company
