I've tried to make a quick calculation from the announcement.

Looks like BRT will have around 560mill shares with cash of around $1.65mill (prior to prospectus costs) gives it a NTA of 0.3c per share.

Nothing has been said regarding the oppies.

There are allegations of "dodgey" activity by certain directors and subsidaries that were purchased by BRT. Cash earned overseas was never deposited in BRT accounts in Aust. Lack of disclosure in regard to recent disposal of assets. A lack of disclosure regarding BRT's perilous state when shareholders funded a placement in July approx 2 years - it is very possible that BRT was already insolvent back then.

Anyway, such is life - no point crying. The shareholder's money is gone, and as always, the unlawful winners will go unpunished.
I look forward to a new chapter in BRT's life and I'm hoping that I will regain at least a small proportion of my losses in this company.
