Over a long and protracted period various MMX holders flung a lot of mud at anyone who dared to support CHM.
In the end CHM proved that previous MMX management did misuse CHM funds and acquired IO assets using money that did not belong to them.
Now look at the many statements PK made about forensic accountants tracking everything except 5k if I remember correctly. What happened to this once it went to court.
How do you make statements about ethics without looking at old MMX management.
MMX are still trying to say MMX never made a profit but they got a very large benefit from Mitsubishi payment so it is not as clear cut as MMX are saying.
Now the interesting part of this is that the once mightly MMX is living on borrowed money and CHM actually has its own cash in the bank to meet its expenses.
Now the next step for CHM will be through the appeal they will get an interest in IO assets. Then what happens to MMX ?
