guys this is just my opinion but i would have thought the only focus should be the litigation at the moment. win or lose who knows maybe cape lambert will spin one of their projects into chm like they have done in the past or maybe chm will focus on another project itself either way or needs cash and that may be in the way of a capital raising or with the proceeds of a court case win. just my two cents all the best
