Perhaps if his position of CEO was on the line we might see him spring into action and communicate once again with us (the owners of the company. IMO the silence and lack of information is really damaging and clearly something needs to be done to help stop the rot. Clarification with the relevant bodies in Europe on where we are at and a clearly worded update to TIS shareholders would be a good start.

It is clearly obvious now that many are asking serious questions and losing faith in TIS (despite the promises that the product holds).
