dargie - you miss my point when I say low SP is to some degree due to AZZ weak bargaining position.
The point is that we don't know what deal has been agreed & if from such a apparent weak bargaining position they have done a all cash no conditions $250 m deal then the "amazing deal " applys that even The Donald wld. be proud of.
And of course, many view this Company, with good reason, with great suspicion.
