    Another Uranium mine pending development

    http://trib.com/news/state-and-regional/morning-energy-roundup-uranium-development-pending-a-new-role-for/article_fc8a2a85-b386-50f9-a367-1a349eea0b17.html

So many resources out there ready to come on line as soon as the market improves. With all that capacity ready to come on line across the world I almost wonder if the spot price will ever recover. Many mines (especially in Canada and Kazakhstan) also claim to be sub $30 all in cost per pound - and many sub $20. Therefore a $40 spot price is not too bad of a margin. If that is the case then there is an effective market at $40/lb. Imagine the supply side with low cost U coming onto the market from Cigar lake and Olympic dam alone. ERA was making good profits selling Uranium for $18.36/lb back in 2006 when they had a their low cost mine producing for $13.61/lb.
