The shares are subject to a conditional offer at $11 - with conditions so far not being met and timing to achieve extended.
I hope the selling is not coming from anyone who has knowledge of the progress of the conditions (or lack thereof).
A move from $11 to $10 in a situation like this is very unusual and deserves an ASX query - "Does the company have any information.....re the conditions...."
Hopefully the answer will be "Nothing to Report"- but company should also look at sellers to see if possibly have knowledge? It may just be they have no knowledge but are worried about the conditions risk (as we all are).
