IMHO the current offer is well below fair value. I hope as I write other interested parties are in discussion with the institutional holders on the share register about a higher offer. I will not be accepting this offer, and may well ask questions at the meeting as to why the alternative of continuing to roll out the existing strategy is no longer the better way to maximise returns for existing shareholders.
