yep they are selling out too cheaply and I agree with previous poster, brish?, who said they will vote against it. I will also vote against it. this is a growth stock trading on a low p/e which would be a natural takeover target for any gaming company wishing to expand into australia. I hope the management read hotcopper, they really have sold the farm too cheaply and I would have preferred to see an announcement saying they had rejected a bid of $7 from tabcorp, this would have had a similar effect on the sp to what we have seen and those who think it is a good offer could sell out.
