forgot to say - good point peter re the synergies tabcorp can achieve and the implication being that it will still add to their bottom line in a positive way if they were to pay 50% more - $10.50 or so.
cmon the spaniards at $8; someone else at $9 (maybe bega or murray goulburn ha ha) and then tabcorp at $10.50!!!
