Wayword - PDN can't develop Valhalla without Eggers. Summit are the managing partners in the Joint Venture. PDN don't do anything - just hold their 50% of the one deposit.
I hold both SMM and PDN, so I'm looking at it as a shareholder from both sides of the fence. And I see PDN having to increase the offer both in terms of value, AND making it cash or shares.
Then of course there is the as-yet unknown third party that might jump into the battle, having been laying low and just watching the fun until the time is right. Could be BHP, RIO, Mega, Pinetree Capital, Laramide, or even Cameco. Or anyone else that can afford both PDN and SMM together, as that is what is more likely.......
