SMM is only the operater as agreed years ago when Resolute owned 50% of the Valhalla JV ....the reality is neither JV partner with 50% each can progress this alone . The one who will deliver best the longer term shareholder value will prevail . The thin edge of wedge has already been driven in by PDN who must now have some % of SMM shares . Don't go crying poor if the PDN offer expires as I can't see the already generous offer on the table by PDN being increased .
Being a shareholder in PDN as well , our biggest concern will always be a takeover of PDN as they are the ONLY world uranium producer unhedged enjoying the ever escalating record uranium prices and a stable of new mine production ahead . Cheers
