Don't hold your breath Jogo , smm was already 100% overpriced at $4 before pdn's more than generous offer . IMO the pdn offer will expire and be withdrawn rather than any increased offer by pdn .....ask yourself how many smm shares have accepted the pdn offer now ....... smm already the miniority shareholder with less than 50% .....who's now calling the shots .......the 51% plus holder .... PDN , the company with the expertise and track record to deliver the best outcome for all shareholders . The big Allan Eggers Ego trip is fast running out of puff on value and delivery ability .
