Not " unfortunately for you " at all Stolwyk , with PDN owning 50% of Valhalla , the point is whatever % PDN now has of SMM [ 10% or whatever , it doesn't have to be 50% ] says that PDN will now be controlling more than 50% of Valhalla . PDN will be developing Valhalla without A.E. and it will be the best out come for all SMM shareholders , even A.E., who wouldn't have a clue of how to develop , mine and market uranium compared to the proven and life time experience in uranium of the PDN team . As already said , the specultive overvalued sp of SMM has long since had a PDN takeover price written in before the generous offer from PDN , you wouldn't have to be very smart to see that , the next important thing for you as a shareholder is who will deliver you the best outcome , those raving and ramping with little uranium knowledge and ability certainly won't .
