AIMHO and not advice in any way, for me its now a clear choice now,

It is my children's value that has just been diluted by a massive amount. Also, I hold a large number of ODs, and I cannot see how this raise is in my best interest. Unacceptable.

Because you are involved in an endeavour that could help a lot of people does not justify treating your enabling shareholders in such a terrible manner.

Further, no one from mgmt has told me why it might be in my interest. The lack of communication is beyond a trend now.

The raise combined with lack of comms (and responses to emails) illustrates a lack of leadership here.

So, it is either a massive catalyst prior to the agm or a no vote from me.

Fingers crossed for a commercial catalyst on the back of great science.
