imho, one of the best guys to follow on hc was a member by the name of "bossivic":

he had an uncanny ability to pick which stocks that were on the verge of running, but he unfortunately was suspended not so long ago. from what others have said, he was previously know by other names, so a good chance he will re-appear again at some point under a different name:
