    According to the respective 31 December '18 Appendices 5B for IRC and MRP the
    "combined cash resources" on hand at birth of Horizon(30/6/19) will likely be :

    IRC-~$4.9m
    MRP-zero ie depleted.

    Given the professed expanded project proposed , the question on s/holders lips should be-
    Is this sufficient ?
    Will a capital raising/placement be required ?
