not at all reckless, the only question is when. PNG government is not in a position to hold back on development in the oil and gas sector now, witness the Oil Search loan debacle with a minister dismissed for trying to hold up the negotiations - the PNG economy is not going well, especially with Ok Tedi revenues in sharp decline. They need our company and will assist with new vigour, just wait and see.
