As I have said 10-15c is buying level but people should be cognisant that there is significant uncertainty on the funding. It's a risk and to say it should be ignored means your advice is highly questionable at best. The sad reality is that most holders are sitting on negative mark to market positions.
Perhaps you can claw back some of your losses by averaging down and getting out on a bounce but don't be confused, you don't make profits when you buy - you have to sell to do that.
