The chairman has the experience and runs on the board but i really think rodne lacks the credentials that are needed to compete in the markets we are in. some big changes and plans are needed. i really think the way forward is a new CEO and strengthened board. Having JC on over 200k a year to answer emails is a disgrace. the obvious CEO would be patterson with some of his big name connections as board members, this company needs to grow up.
