No wonder they making so much money. They shut down, railroad and then blame the customer for their overprice likely cheap product for having a problem.

Colour started to come off when using their leather care kit showing a different color underneath
The report from their independent contractor they send to look at couch :
“The customer reported that the leather on the armrests of the 2.5-seater is starting to peel. Upon inspection, I found that the leather
in areas that come into contact with skin felt slightly tacky and showed signs of dirt build-up, indicating the presence of body oils.
When I performed a cleaning test, I discovered significant dirt accumulation on the seat and arm surfaces, and I noticed colour transfer
onto the cleaning rags. The customer showed me a leather cleaner bottle, which was about three-quarters full. It appears that the customer
hasn’t used enough cleaner and conditioner to protect the leather from contaminants. I conducted the same cleaning test on another chaise
sofa, which yielded similar results. However, when I cleaned the non-contact areas, the rag remained clean, with no colour coming off.
Overall, the peeling on the armrests seems to have been triggered due to a lack of maintenance.”
