I've been a Telstra customer for many years and have always had good service.
Latest example, 4 and 5 September 2020: Evoenergy (ACT) asked me to have vegetation trimmed around the incoming power line to my home. The aborist cut the Telstra NBN cable in two places. I phoned Telstra. A technician arrived the following day and repaired the cable. There was NO charge although I was quite prepared to pay.
The only difficulty I had was getting on to Telstra in the first instance. But I expected that I would have to be patient.
I recommend Telstra unashamedly. I think their service is very good. Yes, I have multiple services with them and am a long-standing customer. They've never disappointed. I say well done Telstra.
Plus they pay a dividend!
