    Any business that has a ridiculous recorded automated message when you ring up deserves to be called out.

    "in just a few words tell me how we can help you today?"

    "sorry I didn't get that, in just a few words...... "

    "OK, still didn't get that, let's try another way"

    "you are from town? "

    No, my service is down!

    "sorry which town? "

    No, my service is down.

    "OK, sorry I still didn't get that, let's try another way, in just a few words how can we help you today? "

    Telstra wouldn't know what customer service is if it bit it on the uknowwhat!
