    Thinking more on this issue , which has come up before ( groan), the first person that comes up with a fast and effective way to deal with customer questions and concerns will make a fortune.
    I sympathize with human Help Desk staff .... they have to deal with a vast range of smart alecs, abusers, people that cannot express themselves and people that just want to talk about .... anything.
