    I guess I was more responding to the headline of the Thread. Automated message systems are , imo, all abysmal.

    Organizations, most anyway, seem ultra aware now of the importance of Customer Support. .... human response help seems to have improved enormously over the years. ... I'm wondering how your issue was addressed ? ( woops ..... danger! Dont ask a question unless you know the answer)
