I think these inefficient gorillas like tls and origin will loose customers to the smaller players. I haven't tried that little new 'mate' start up telco but if origin don't change their automated answering system i will simply phone red energy or energy australia and change.They do all the work ie direct debit etc and they can phone origins automated system. On the extremely rare occasion i phone tls or origin and actually or finally get to talk to a human my blood pressure drops back to above average levels.
ps did all enjoy the pre agm report.? FY20 NPAT $1.8b FY 20 Dividend payout $1.9b.And many times they highlite the fact they maintained the .16 cent div. Debt trending up.
Group results :income by product. The only 'product' increasing is the nbn lease payments as nbn continues its roll out.'All' other 'products decreasing.
