    I'm not complaining about my service, I'm complaining about how Telstra is treating it's customers by not answering the phones, which is literally the title of this thread.

    I'm also suggesting that quite a few of them are taking their business elsewhere, which means Telstra is losing customers... and checking their share price it seems this is having the intended impact required. Ignore the customers at your will.

    They aren't sneering at competitors.. they are getting a lot of calls from Telstra customers trying to get their problems fixed because... and I hate to say this again... Telstra... a TELECOMMUNICATIONS company is not answering their phones.

    I only use Telstra for my mobile, but I help my customers in their I.T matters and have had the unfortunate situation where their internet has stopped working. The quickest solution now that Telstra aren't answering their calls is to move them to another service pronto. Don't use Optus or have customers who do.. but if they aren't answering calls I wouldn't invest in them either.
