Hey Croc. I am not ever going to post on this thread again. I am going to spare these poor long suffering TLS holders my tedious negative posts forever. If my business phone, now still out for 4 weeks on a non-actioned 5 day work order is not buzzing by Tuesday morning I am going to follow your advice and seek another provider and wipe my hands of Telstra forever. It is not worth the pain or the abuse online one receives for telling the truth and expressing honest concerns. Each customer lost results in diminished dividends. Good luck TLS holders, you are going to be needing it.......
