    Well I don't work for ABB, but what I do know is I have been sending all the Telstra customers to them.. because.. and let this sink in... Telstra... a telecommunications company... is not answering their phones.

    ABB changed their welcome message to acknowledge the fact a ton of Telstra/Optus customers are calling them for help, so I would hazard a guess they are getting lots of calls.

    It's never good to be emotionally invested into a company and ignore their mistakes and flaws. With their phone centre shutdowns, surely you must admit this is a terrible way to treat your customers and that many will not put up with it? Shutting down your phone centres is what near bankrupt companies do in their final days of business... Telstra aren't there yet but they seem to be eager for that sort of outcome.

    And before you say Telstra is too big to fail, never forget AOL... America's largest Internet provider at one point.
