i don't know.. i rang them last thursday on behalf of my in-laws whose NBN wasn't connecting. ran through some tests which didn't work so lady said that she would escalate the issue up line. received a call from Telstra to confirm that i wanted the issue escalated? confirmed requirement and had a booking for the next day for a tech to visit and investigate.tech called on friday around 12;30 to confirm that he was just finishing a nearby job and would be on site in around 15 minutes. was there someone home and was it safe for him to attend? by 3;30 friday afternoon, tech had attended and rectified the issue. case closed.i would call that good service.
