Frankly, I can't understand why YOU have wasted your time rubbishing someone else's personal experience with something that is VERY relevant to the TLS share price. This forum is a small demographic, but it is readily apparent that there is a disproportionate number of people dissatisfied with the company's product/services - and that is from a sample of people who are very much PRO Telstra to begin with!
By any metric, TLS shares are in decline, mostly due to falling profits. Why are profits falling? Just maybe, because customers are leaving, or, new customers are not signing on - and isn't it just possible that unsatisfactory service and/or products might have something to do with that?
Stating the truth is not down-ramping and hiding from other people's experiences and opinions is not an intelligent investment strategy.
