Good comment. I had a suite of mobile contracts with Telstra for many years for my employees. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years but my loyalty was never rewarded so I gradually moved them off. Was a shareholder for a while as well.
Sold my shares when I felt the pricing became wildly uncompetitive and transferred my own services a little while after. 15 years of waiting on hold, then being transferred from overseas call centres to other departments that couldn't fix problems because of the complexity of their systems.
I was loyal but that loyalty was treated with absolute contempt. They seem to have spent years and billions on trying to fix their issues and gotten precisely nowhere.
