    Hard to say how much weight that table carries. I'm currently a customer of both Telstra (mobile - many years) and MyRepublic (NBN - almost 4). Telstra: generally good service and better than any other provider I've been with. MyRepublic: horrendous - 2 TIO complaints in first 2.5 years. I would have left after the second but I scored a big chunk of free service. Across the board I feel NBN is a big reason for complaints in recent times (it was for my first one). Feel quite sorry for the service providers when they're at the mercy of installers - when you call NBN about a delay, they just direct you back to the provider.
