    Call 13 22 00 and choose billing... they say all this rubbish about staff finding the job hard and so on... it sends you a link and hangs the line up. No service... you pop into the branch to fix your bill that they over charged for and they say you need an appointment... best bet is to go online and sign up for online service s, takes about 15 mins for them to respond to each message... in time about two hours they send you an email with the correct bill.

    After a while they send you a text reminded you how good they are. Now I’m with another company, much better.
