Sutho and Cruiser:I am not worried about the cost of the phone or the phone repairs it is the inconvenience and the poor service from Telstra shop. And yes I was told by a Telstra dealership that these phones were really really tough and you beaut but that’s not the point I am making.
The thing is with Telstra their service via the phone is atrocious , it was a bit better four to 5 years ago when we had a different CEO ( don’t know how but somehow or other that’s a fact). I have held Telstra several times in the past 6 years or so and I have been thinking about re-entering.
I am not telling you to sell your shares particularly at the price that they are , but companies with very poor service they tend to keep losing market share!!
