Not at all, I'm downramping because Telstra literally has a reputation for bad customer service, something which it lived up to in many of my friends circumstances.
It's an unfortunate event of bad customer relations, growing competition and subsequently a lower market share.
I'm telling you my views on Telstra. If you don't like them add me to your ignore list
