Whereu, yes! It is not what I say however, it is the Bible that provides the identity. Before the fall of Babylon in 539 B.C.E., the Jewish prophet Daniel saw visions involving ferocious beasts. At Daniel 7:2-8 he describes four beasts coming out of the sea, the first resembling a lion, the second a bear, the third a leopard, and “see there! a fourth beast, fearsome and terrible and unusually strong . . . and it had ten horns.” This is remarkably similar to the wild beast seen by John about the year 96 C.E. described in the book of Revelation. That beast also has the characteristics of a lion, a bear, and a leopard, and it has ten horns. - Rev 13:1,2
Daniel informs us: “These huge beasts . . . are four kings that will stand up from the earth.” (Daniel 7:17)
In other words political empires. The "sea" they come out of represents wicked radical mankind.

(Isaiah 57:20) “But the wicked are like the restless sea that cannot calm down, And its waters keep tossing up seaweed and mire.

In another vision, Daniel sees a two-horned ram that is struck down by a goat with a great horn. The angel **riel explains to him what it means: “The ram . . . stands for the kings of Media and Persia. And the hairy he-goat stands for the king of Greece.” **riel goes on to prophesy that the great horn of the he-goat would be broken and be succeeded by four horns. This actually happened more than 200 years later when Alexander the Great died and his kingdom was split into four kingdoms ruled over by four of his generals.—Daniel 8:3-8, 20-25.
Churches that call themselves Christian & yet teach that Christ will rule through some political arrangement are false to their claim. - James 4:4. God's Kingdom will soon destroy the political system.

(Daniel 2:44) “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever,
(Revelation 21:1) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more.

This is the Kingdom Jesus taught his followers to pray for.

(Matthew 6:9, 10) “You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.  Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.

It will sanctify Jehovah's name & bring his will to the earth.
