looking at the image, the guy looks like a complete nutjob with a mental condition - just look at the way he walks for a start before what he does (not a normal person). no different to the nutjobs in the muslim faith who yell out 'infidels' before doing damage there. So should be reported on the basis as is - man with a mental condition does a, b and c
also for others, noting the three women are in a cafe and not in a full burka suggests they are seeking to intergrate into society, so not sure what some here are on about. they are there without a man and are clearly independent women. I think the burka should be banned in Oz btw but the hijab is fine.
