I did not say farmers are monsters and ogres. Or cruel and useless. I also did not say that cattle and sheep should not be slaughtered in Australia. Presumably this is done under strict laws. I understand that many people eat meat all over the world.

I said that I think livestock exports should be banned! And that animals should be killed in a humane way. Surely that provides a lot of scope for many farming ventures.

I am also against chicken boiler farms and over fishing. I particularly hate the idea that hunting animals, birds and fish is described as a "sport".
