The swift domination is a worry, for meat workers and producers. Very fine margins is killing the independants and Swifts get firesale assets. Protein shortage may well move global warming to the fringe in the future. None of us like to see abject cruelty to any animal, but compared to the looming shortage of capacity to produce versus increasing demand, it seems a smaller issue.
