I have NEVER seen a shortfall that huge, only 13% take up.
And rightfully so. To raise that much money at that price is a total disgrace, especially given what had been said to the market in the preceeding 3 months. If Palermos management savvy is as good as his capital management savvy, then run for the hills.
I think we'll be readign about this in the weekend papers.
