re: revenues do not equal profits I take it for granted that 4ts won't make the coy cashflow positive, but it would be nice to know exactly how much they will make on the sign, first year and onwards:
Advertising income less cost of sign less maintenance costs less power less commissions less building rental less less less less, it just goes on.
