If you don't know his background why are you accepting the misinformation being posted by others on this thread that he's an Islamic terrorist when Police have thus far emphatically dismissed that?
Some people are born psychopaths, others suffer from life-threatening mental conditions and of course some are motivated by revenge / malice / greed.
Until the English mist clears; what motivated the attacker could be any of those, a mixture thereof or something different altogether.
One thing is certain though, the violent extremist response by those thugs has added to the anxieties, losses, grief, suffering and fears of that community.
