Nevertheless, and in any case, if you delve deeper into it, climate change ramifications (droughts, floods, fires, disease), wars and unfit leaders are the real drivers of immigration (legal and illegal) and as far as I can see no one can stop any of that. There's too much momentum and humans by their very nature will do anything to improve their lives and their families' lives. Like it or not the world has changed since we were boys in the 50's and 60's, and we're never going back.
