its way too serious a matter to allow race dominate the horror event. I worked in a secure MH facility with those accused or convicted of murder. yep some had various psychoses, more had organic brain damage, many were purely pathological. some of course were elements of all three.

the system really does make an effort in the acute phases but once roughly stable it off to the wings they go.
