Australia's record in mental health is a chequered one and all too often our 9inicredibly stupid pollies treat it as a budget issue rather than as a humanitarian / community safety / critical health matter.

There's no limit or performance standards when it comes to warmongering / killing others but properly addressing mental health ... well that's just way too hard for the dark-hearted Richard Craniums we have in Parliament.
