I heard that a 7 year old girl was raped and murdered, so killing the perpetrators would require only pulling the trigger. When the order was made to leave the city, another order should have been made for troops to be ready to go in. The same mistake was made in Iraq so I guess its an American thing not to look too far ahead or plan.
